Privacy Notice

Any data that you submit via this website will be sent to Event Connections to enable us to manage your passes and lead retrieval orders. We do not use that data for any other purposes. The pass list data is collected on behalf of the event organiser and is subject to their control and privacy policies. Please contact the organisers with any questions you might have about data use.

We collect contact information for all registered users of this site, including your email address and phone number. These are used to verify your account, and communicate with you about your orders. We may also collect information about your computer and devices, including your IP address and location, to help prevent fraud.

We use a small number of essential cookies to manage the working of our site. These do not contain any private information but do contain tokens. One cookie contains a token that manages your logged in account status whilst you are logged into our site, as you move from page to page. As soon as you log out this cookie is deleted. Another contains an anti forgery token to help us verify page requests you make to our system are from you. There is also a cookie with a token related to our payment gateway, Stripe, which is part of their fraud prevention system.

The cookies we use are essential for operating our website systems and cannot be deactivated without making the system unusable for you.

When we hold data on behalf of a third party (be it client or service partner), the duration of data retention will be agreed with them in keeping with their privacy policy, but we will commit to deleting all Personal Data within 10 working days of any formal request from the data owner, except where we are required by law to maintain certain records for a length of time.
